It also provides a means for people to respond with their status (“I’m okay” or “Need help”) so first responders can get a quicker handle on the severity of the situation.

The BluePoint solution has been built for use in crisis situations. With adrenaline flowing and panic setting in, the user interface has to be familiar, simple, and intuitive so that people will actually use it. No one has to be trained on how to activate our solution—only when to use it and what to do after activation. Our solution is enhanced with wearable mobile pendants in addition to standard pull stations. This provides even greater ability for people moving about the building to immediately and securely activate the system if they see a problem.
